Delete File NSManagedTasks.xml and Restart Nvidia Network Service

This is the most successful solution to fix “Unable to connect to Nvidia, try again later” error.

You need to locate NSManagedTasks.xml from Program Data Folder in C Drive. Go to this location in your system

C:=>ProgramData=>NVIDIA Corporation=>NetService

In NetService folder, you will find the file NSManagedTasks.xml. Just delete this file from your system. It is possible that you may not find ProgramData folder in C drive. You need to show hidden files and folders in your system to do this task.

Type Folder Options in start menu search and hit enter to show Folder Options window. In case, if you are using windows 8 or 10, type “show hidden files, folders and drives” and hit enter. Folder Options or Files Explorer options will display. Click on view tab and select “show hidden files, folders and drives” and click on apply to show hidden folders and files in your system.

Now you can see ProgramData folder in C drive, just go to above location and permanently delete NSManagedTasks.xml files from NetService folder.

In the next step, you need to stop this process NVNetworkService.exe from running in your system. Open Task Manager and end this process in system. Right click on bottom taskbar on desktop and select Task Manager. You can also open Task Manager in Windows 8 or 10 by pressin keys Alt + Ctrl + Delete at the same time and select Task Manager from options.

Click on Processes tab from Task Manager, locate NVNetworkService.exe, right click on it and select end process.

In the last step, you need to start Nvidia Network Service from services windows. To open services window, type services.msc in run box (Just press windows key and R at the same time to display Run Box) and hit enter. Services window will display. On the right side of services window, Nvidia Network Service will display. Right click on it and stop it from running. You need to run it again to solve this Nvidia unable to connect, try again later issue in your system. Again right click on Nvidia Network Service and click on start.

Now when you try to update your Nvidia graphic card drivers to the latest version, you will not get this error and you can optimize your gaming experience.
